- I was trained in an HTL with a focus on industrial engineering. Back then it was a combination of mechanical engineering and process optimization. We were also fortunate to be educated at a time when the ability to code was essential. I learned that this training still helps me to quickly grasp technical questions.
- I later studied law and was admitted to the bar in Austria. My focus is on financing and restructuring companies. This helps to take a critical look at processes.
- I later completed a Master of Business Administration with a focus on finance at the Executive Academy of WU Vienna. The training package was now complete.

Ich habe eine am Markt wohl seltene Kombination aus technischer, wirtschaftlicher und rechtlicher Ausbildung. Mein Grundverständnis für technische Abläufe und meine Ausbildung an der HTL zu einer Zeit, als digitale Lösungen richtig Fahrt aufnahmen, ermöglichen es mir, die aktuellen Herausforderungen zu verstehen. Meine Zeit bei einem der größten DAX-Unternehmen hat dieses Verständnis noch geschärft. Als Rechtsanwalt im Bereich Sanierung und Finanzierung können von mir klare Rahmenbedingungen überwacht werden. Zu guter Letzt bringe ich eine wirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit, die neben der Betriebswirtschaft auch den Kapitalmarkt umfasst. Mein Ziel als Mitglied des Aufsichtsrats wäre es, kritisch zu sein, aber stets lösungsorientiert zu bleiben.
